I have read and understand all the rules and conditions for the Morgan INVASION and agree to abide by them.  I hereby warrant that my yacht will be outfitted, equipped and handled in accordance with those rules and conditions, and that she will have required equipment aboard, that she will be seaworthy of hull, rig, and gear: and that she will be competently manned. And further, I agree to be bound by The Racing Rules of Sailing and by all other rules governing this event.
